Posting Classified Ads
To create a fair business environment, please follow our simple posting rules.
a. Advertisers or sellers must post their item on the appropriate category. You cannot post on the "sponsored listing" without authorization from the site admin. Items posted on this section without our consent will be automatically deleted.
b. You must provide accurate details of the item you are advertising.
c. Describe your item as is. We strongly recommend an actual picture of the item that you are selling or advertising.
d. PLEASE DO NOT CAPITALIZE ALL THE LETTERS OF YOUR AD TITLE or write the title all in small letters. Correct ad title should be like this: Fashionable Ladies Blouses for Sale.
e. If you are selling second-hand items, please be honest on your description. Describe all the defects or scratches of your item to avoid the buyer from returning the item.
f. Advertisers or sellers must not post inaccurate, misleading or false contents.
g. You are liable and responsible of your post.
h. Build a good reputation. Be courteous and friendly in dealing with your clients.
i. For buyers or clients, ad inquiries can be made by posting comment on ads or by sending a private message to the ad owner. Comments on ads should contain inquiries regarding the ad only. Do not contact us to inquire about posted advertisement, please contact the advertiser directly.
j. Image size must be: Width=300, Height=400. Please resize your images because they can't be uploaded if they exceed the required size.
Although BaguioMarket.Com tries it’s best to verify the information provided by users when they register, users should be aware of the risks in dealing with people using our site. In this case, BaguioMarket.Com encourages users to:
a. Use the tools available on the site.
b. Use common sense to evaluate whom you are dealing with.

Posting on Discussion Forum
• Use of abusive, defamatory, obscene and insulting language is not permitted.
• Racial, ethnic or any other personal discrimination is not allowed.
• Spamming is not allowed. Please report any alleged spammers to forum administrators or moderators.
• Do not disrespect other users.
• No Advertising. Advertising or any form of promotional activity is not allowed. If you want to post classified ads, please use our classified ad section.
