1. What is BaguioMarket.Com?
BaguioMarket.Com is an online marketplace where "users" have the ability to post classified ads and view posted advertisements. Sellers: post free classified ads and start selling. Buyers: browse classified ads or post an item you are looking to buy. You can be a seller or a buyer or both. Our goal is to make it free and easy to buy and sell online.
BaguioMarket.Com is not only for the people of Baguio, it is for every JUAN.
2. Features:
• 100% Free.
• Post Unlimited Items. Listing of each item lasts up to 60 days.
• 4 Photos per item. You can upload 4 photos for each item you are advertising.
• Share ads to your friends.
• Comment on Ads. You can leave comment or feedback on posted classified ads.
• Communicate to other users through the discussion forum and chat box.
• Contact the classified ad owner by sending a private message or leaving comment or feedback below the ad.
3. Register for a Free Member Account
• To be able to enjoy the features provided by BaguioMarket.Com, you must first create a member account which is fast and easy. Click the Create an Account link under Log in or Register menu located at the left corner of this page.
• Fill up the registration form. Note that all fields are required. Enter your name, username, valid email address because your e-mail verification link will be sent through e-mail, password and verify your password. Then, click " Register" button below the form. You must see this message at the top of the page after clicking the register button.
• Check your e-mail address. Click the activation link included in the e-mail to activate your account.
• Activation complete. You may now log in to BaguioMarket.Com after clicking the activation link. Your username will be displayed on your profile,discussion forum and classified advertisements you posted.
4. Password Reminder/Username Reminder
• To retrieve your password, click the forgot your password link located under Log in or Register menu that you can see on the right side of the page. Enter your email address used upon registration where a password reminder message will be sent and click "submit" button. Then check your e-mail.

5. How do I Post Classified Ads?
• To post classified ads, click post a free ad link at the top menu. You can also click post a new ad link under ad categories menu.
• Select appropriate category from the drop down menu to place your ad. Click "Select a category" to see the drop down categories. The image below appears when you click "select a category"
• Your username and email address will be automatically entered when posting an ad. To learn more about posting rules, click here.
• Enter location and phone number where clients will contact you if they are interested about your advertisement.
• Give a meaningful classified ad title and description.
• Specify Kind of delivery, item condition ( new, excellent, good, correct, used), and enter the price of the item you are selling.
• You can upload two photos which will be displayed when browsing your ad. Maximum ad image width= 300, maximum ad image height= 400. Resize your image if it is bigger than the required size. Note that it is always best to attach a photo of the item that you are selling.
• Note that you can't leave required fields blank. When posting events and announcements, or jobs, you can leave unnecessary fields like price and kind of delivery.
6. How to View Published Ads
• To view your published ads, click my ads link on the top menu. All classified ads you posted will be displayed.
7. How to Edit/Modify My Ads
• If you want to make changes to your ad, click my ads link on the top menu. A page displaying your ads will be shown. Below your ad image thumbnail, click the update link. An update form will be shown. Then, make desired changes to your ad and click save button below.
8. How do I Browse Classified Ads?
• There are several links to browse advertisements. You can click browse all ads link at the top menu, then click the advertisement you want to view to expand. You can also click ad category at the left side menu of the homepage to browse ads by category.Links of recently added classified advertisements are also listed on the homepage.
• You can also search ads by using "Search Ads" tool on the right side module. Simply type the keyword of the item you are looking for and click search. You can also search ads by category by choosing appropriate category on the drop down menu.
9. Share Ads to your Friends
• You can easily share the link of your classified ad or the item you are advertising to your friends by clicking the "Share" button below the ad. Share it on Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites. 
10. Map Location of the Item Being Advertised
• To show the map location of your item, enter your address on the search box and click 'go' button. When your location appears on the map, drag the 'pointer' and place it on your street or the place nearest to your address.
• REMEMBER: Baguio City is the default location. If you are residing outside Baguio City, it is important to add your map location because when no address is selected, Baguio City map will appear on your ad. We don't recommend posting your complete address, this is just to give your clients an idea of the location of the item being advertised.
11. Comment on Classified Ads to Discuss the Details
• If you are interested on a particular ad, you can post a comment to discuss the details with the ad owner. Below the ad, there is add comment form. Use the editor provided to compose your message. Check the box "notify me of follow up comments" if you want a notification message sent to your email when the advertisement owner responded to your comment. Then, click send button below.. Note that your comment will be visible on the page.
12. How do I Send a Private Message to the Classified Ad Owner?
• You can send a private message to the classified ad owner to talk about the details of the advertisement. To do this, click the send an email link below the advertisement located within the classified ad's box. A write form will be shown. Enter your message on the message box and click send button. Your message will only be visible to the classified ad owner. ( private message form is provided to protect our member's privacy)
13. Closing Deals
• Closing deals related to posted classified ads by BaguioMarket.Com "users" are outside our scope. The transactions will depend solely between the seller/classified ad owner and buyer.
